How long will the renovation take?
On average, our renovation process takes 6–8 weeks from start to handover, depending on your selected package and unit size.
We manage everything — from materials to manpower — so you don’t need to coordinate with multiple contractors.
How much does it cost?
Our packages start from RM28,800 for Executive and RM39,900 for Premium packages.
The final cost depends on your unit type (Intermediate or Corner) and any customization you choose.
